Corporate Program of Emotional Wellness – Introduction


Employee well-being is more important than ever in today’s fast-paced corporate environment Stress, burnout, and a lack of work-life balance can severely impact productivity, job satisfaction, and overall happiness. To address these critical issues, we are excited to introduce our Emotional Wellness Initiative powered by This program aims to provide anonymous emotional assessments to help reduce burnout/stress and improve performance and happiness among our employees.


Program Objectives:

  • All assessments are anonymous to encourage honest responses without fear of judgment or repercussions.



Emotional Assessment employees will have access to various interviews and questionnaires designed to assess emotional well-being, including metrics on stress, burnout, happiness, and more.


Individual (confidential) & Group Reports (corporate)

  • will generate individual or group reports, scientifically diagnosing critical emotional issues.


Real-time Monitoring

  • The program offers real-time monitoring of emotional well-being, allowing for timely interventions.

Implementation Plan

Phase 1: Introduction and Onboarding (Week 1)

  • Introduction of the Emotional Wellness Initiative during a corporate-sponsored communication or meeting.

  • Employees will receive an email invitation to join the program.

Phase 2: Initial Assessments (Week 2-3)

  • Employees complete their first emotional assessment on

Budget and Resources
